Job Summary The Vice President for coming up with and Management could be a participant in coming up with and political for Windsor University as an entire and shares a significant responsibility with the President, the academic administrator and govt Vice President, and therefore the Senior Vice President for Finance and Facilities for representing the University in political, business, and civic affairs. The Senior Vice President for coming up with and Management leads and participates in efforts guiding and supporting the University's strategic processes; advises on money initiatives, value analyses and budget foretelling and allocations; oversees institutional activities concerning the event, improvement, and building renewal of all University capital assets, as well as leased; and implements University strategic initiatives and priorities as known by the Board of Regents, the President, the academic administrator, and different leaders.. Responsibilities and Duties. The responsibility for these functions of the Senior vice chairman for coming up with and Management extends on the far side the University to the interinstitutional level as a University representative; to the state and national level in consultation with governmental agencies, the legislative assembly and its committees; and to regional and national skilled associations associated with these responsibilities. The Senior vice chairman for coming up with and Management participates with different University officers in maintaining liaison with community, city, and county representatives on matters concerning the University.. Qualifications and skills. Qualification:. MBA is an added advantage.. You should hold a minimum of Bachelor's Degree level in a discipline related to business administration or related field with a Project management qualification.. It is expected that you will have been in a senior leadership role for 10 years and above.. Experience & Knowledge:Industry:. At least 15 years airport experience. The role holder should have a broad and detailed understanding of all aspects of airport activities including planning and development, operations, commercial, technology, engineering and support services.. Broader aviation sector experience (Airline, Ground handling, etc.) is an added advantage. The role holder should have a detailed understanding of the aviation and airport supply chains.. Core Activities Experience:. At least 5 -10 years of experience in defining and developing corporate level plans including Board level negotiation.. At least 10 years of experience in managing and delivering large and complex programs.
